interrupting our hiatus to announce that my book 'soulstice' is now out and available for purchase on amazon! 

before diving into the release, i want to give a brief backstory on how i birthed this book into the world, what it's about, and the intentions i have for it. 

my mission is simple and my intentions are pure: to help and to heal. soulstice has been carried so cautiously inside my womb of ideas for as long as i could keep her safe. eventually the messages became too strong to keep to myself and i felt an intense calling to share her with the world.

today is her birthday and it is my honor to share her with you.
