Soumya Dev gives us insight into how the future of video ads might work on a technical level. Disruptive ads are not a great experience, so product placement within the videos themselves is what is in store for the future. Using machine learning and computer vision to optimise and automate placement of ad space like billboards into videos is where Soumya's research is focused.
