In 2006 Karen Crutchlow was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. It essentially means that the diagnosis is terminal. In 2010 Karen was deemed to be palliative by the medical profession. It's been more than 13 years since the initial diagnosis, and Karen is here to tell her courage story and share what she's doing to stay healthy and well.
