This morning, I had the pleasure of chatting with Sheri Lawrence, VP of Learning and Development and Sales at Studio Movie Grill based in Dallas Texas. Sheri is one of the original champions of TED*, and these are the soundbites extracted from the full part four of our mini-series on the Transformative Power of TED*.
We reflected on the top insights we both took from the series and considered a few remaining questions regarding learning and development, culture and diversity. The episode wraps up with advice for sceptics.
Stay tuned for the full episode on Spotify, Apple, YouTube, and other major streaming platforms. Transcripts are available on my blog at www.susandunlop.com.au/blog
Big thanks to Sheri for your valuable contribution to this project, and special gratitude to co-founders David Emerald Womeldorff and Donna Zajonc for your best-selling books and the development of this impactful work we get to deliver to the world through your Center for the Empowerment Dynamic programs.
Sheri initially signed up for just one episode, but as we explored the Power of TED*, the series naturally expanded to four parts!
Sheri's dedication to integrating TED* principles into her company shines through in the countless inspiring stories and lessons she shared. It was a privilege to have her on the show, and I could have easily continued our engaging conversations for much longer!
Enjoy! Bye for now,
Susan Dunlop
