Because today I have some awesome guests who created a music therapy app that connects people who need a mental health break and can relax with all types of soothing songs. The platform is called SoundMind and it is a music tech start up that is revolutionizing the field of mental health research, music, and tech all into one. The company is on the forefront of developing a lot of research studies for the app and have already three planned for this year. The app is available on the App Store. Their launch event was at the Recording Academy at the Grammy Museum and have also been featured in Business Insider.
