Lolade speaks about how "It's Souper" an Afro-Fusion Soup & Sauce brand, was started because she felt there was a need to fill the void in the Canadian Retail space for African inspired/ethnic recipes made “By Us for All". She was inspired by the fusion of cultures that exists in Canada, a yearning for authentic flavours from Africa, and a desire to share them with her community.
