Celebrate wins daily.
Prepare for willpower or decisions before you need to make them and before you are worn out.
Think about day the evening before.
Workout: Bedtime needed, when are you going to workout, how will you preserve or boost energy, where will you workout, what is your workout going to be, pack your gym bag, remove obstacles.
Food: How are you going to get your meals and make sure you aren't starving when you start to eat, have a list of food you CAN eat, plan snacks rather than planning on not snacking, prepping it ahead, emergency bag, insulin drop prep, use your crockpot.
Stress: How can you protect your peace, needed boundaries, make more margin by eliminating things, what can you do at night to set you up better for tomorrow, how can you recharge?
Spiritual: What are you placing before God, How can you arrange your day better, How can you get more time in with God, Memorize scripture throughout the day and how, Have a group of Christian like-minded people in your life and spend time with them.
Verse for the week (memorizing) Psalm 127:1
Song lyrics to What a Friend We Have In Jesus by Paul Baloche
*Key is O what peace we often forfeit, O what needless pain we bear, All because we do not carry everything to God in prayer.
