Sources Matter: Our Formal Apology and Proper Attribution to New Zealand's Street Dance Community

Listen Later

This special episode serves as a formal apology and important correction to our New Zealand street dance podcast series. We take full responsibility for failing to properly credit the invaluable sources that made our episodes possible.

Our Sincere Apologies:• We deeply apologize for not crediting the proper sources in our street dance episodes• We acknowledge any mispronunciations of names or possible misquotes that occurred• Our episodes were created by compiling links to be analysed through AI Notebook, but this doesn't excuse our oversight

Our True Intentions:Our podcast was never intended for monetization or profit from the featured communities and individuals. Rather, our goal was to create another digital footprint on the internet that could be discovered by people outside these communities who are interested in street dance. These communities are relatively underground and underrepresented in traditional media compared to their commercial counterparts.

Episodes include conversations with William Boquiron, Celina Torres, Taniora Motutere, John Vaifale ("HappyFeet"), Jay Kapene, Byrin Mita, and many others.
