Sourcing The Flip - Lauren's Reality EP 19

Lauren Taylor, a 31-year old Batesburg native, has been in real estate for over 10 years now. She has excelled in every field of the industry including residential, commercial and most notably, investment acquisitions and underwriting, at a national level. As a rising star within the emerging Single Family Residential Investment Industry (SFR Investments) she was analyzing assets that covered much of the South East, including NC, SC and GA.  Fast-forward to late 2017, and Lauren decided it was time to use her specialized skill sets, national connections and a decade of experience to create her own company. Thus she simultaneously started 3 innovative companies here in Columbia SC, starting in Oct. of 2017. These 3 are Realty Haven, Reno Haven and Rent Haven. From literally a one-woman show, our companies now have over 30 employees across several markets in SC, and a growing headquarters over on Devine St.
 
In 2018, Lauren co hosted a national podcast with real estate expert Abhi Golhar talking business growth, entrepreneurship and investing. This January, she started her own podcast and video series called Lauren's REALiTY.
