If you could sum up Sous Vide: Modern Techniques for Perfect Cooking Through Science in three words, what would they be?

My parents had just gotten a sous vide for Christmas last year and hadn't done too much with it. Giving them this audible cookbook for Christmas was perfect. My father is so excited and said the recipes look great. He's only made one so far but it was delicious! I am very pleased with this audible cookbook as a gift for anyone who has a sous vide.

This audible book has so many great recipes that I am excited to try them out some are new and different from a food you eat daily but easy to make and will think it is gourmet if you serve it to your family or your next party. Lots of new and different recipes as well. I like how each recipe has a short summary of where it came from.

Would you consider the audio edition of Sous Vide: Modern Techniques for Perfect Cooking Through Science to be better than the print version?

When it says "Effortless" they sure mean it. I love the recipes in this audible book. I am not fond of cooking but this made me want to try them all out. I have made the Butter Chicken Sauce and it is amazing. Went well with my chicken for the Indian recipe i was making. Any first time cooks would love this audible book because it has so many different styles of recipes for all types of cooks.

First off, I must say that I am new to this cooking method. I have absolutely no experience with it, but this audible book is a great resource on the topic. It tells me exactly what I need to get started, and walks me step by step through the process. There are tons of amazing recipes, and the photography is fantastic. I can't wait to get the rest of my equipment ready so I can try some of these out because there are so many that look absolutely delicious. I love that the dishes pictured here look so wonderful, and the instructions for preparing them sound so easy that I'm sure I will have no problem making them.
