In part two of South Asians and Voting, I sit down with one of the organizers of South Asians Vote 2020, Samidh Guha.

Samidh is a highly respected courtroom advocate and negotiator with decades of experience in government and private practice, he has tried numerous criminal and civil cases and has briefed and argued several appeals before the Second Circuit. His resume includes Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, partner at two private law firms, and he is currently a founding partner at Perry Guha LLP.

He talks to me about why South Asians Vote is really a non-partisan organization and is focused on helping to resume a normal functioning government, the reason our parents' generation has different political views, and how South Asians Vote has reached out to to the entire community by creating three videos with unique messages and stories (hint-think Whatsapp groups that have every member of your family).

We also talk about one of the big reasons people love Trump, the Trump/Modi connection, how he feels seeing a QAnon sign in his neighborhood, and his opinion on how we should view the recent Supreme Court confirmation.

We are one day away guys. Let's fight for our democracy.
