At 79 years old, business man Melvin Roberts was murdered in his driveway. His girlfriend of over 10 years was bound and dragged away from Melvin while the murder was carried out. Melvin was not short on enemies, but as police looked further into the crime scene, they feared the murderer might have been closer to Melvin than they thought.Fun Fact: Long before South Carolina was known as "The Palmetto State," it was called, "The Iodine State."
