In episode 9, we visit with South Dakotan Sheryl Schuette about a couple of interesting topics. We talk about her experiences with horse racing and then we discuss her recent participation in an agritourism workshop sponsored by the SDSU extension office. With the current stresses of the COVID-19 virus, this talk is timely as we try to get creative in our daily business operations and innovative in planning how to generate income during and after this time of social distancing. While this conversation was recorded before the virus outbreak here in the states, it provides some valuable information for moving forward.
