The progressive nature of Miami, Florida has allowed for drag culture to thrive and become one of the most alluring tourist attractions this top-tier Florida destination has to offer. Drag involves a hyperbolization of the female physique which consists of overly-effeminate outfits and performances. Masculine-presenting drag queens were at one point in time taboo in the drag world, but have gained traction and are now accepted as another aesthetic in the drag variety.

This ability to interweave the effeminacy of a woman to that of a man's masculinity is no foreign concept to Miss Toto who was named Miami's Best Drag Queen in 2018. She phoned in to the studio to disclose her origin story to Paul Schulz and Meredith Sloan, and spill the necessary tea for our listeners to better gauge the life of a drag queen in all her glory.
