Palm Beach County wants permission from Governor Ron DeSantis to reopen some businesses and its beaches, Mayor Dave Kerner said in a letter sent Thursday. Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties are not included in the Phase 1 reopening that began in 64 other counties on Monday.
