Guest Councillor Paul Ryan serves the Municipal District of Bighorn as Chairman of the Municipal Excellence Committee, a Board Member the Municipal Planning Commission, the Assessment Appeal Board, the Bighorn Corridor Environment Committee, Chairman of the Bow Valley Waste Management Commission, and Vice-Chairman/Project Lead for the Southern Alberta Energy from Waste Association.
