The   Southern Colorado market is getting more balanced but as Spring and Summer   approach it will lean again toward a Sellers Market.  Sellers may have   to do a little more work on their home to continue to demand higher prices.   Marketing, Positioning and Defining Buyers will be key to Premium pricing.
