The countries and cities of Southern Europe share a common culture and history and many times we live similar political situations. However, for years it has always seemed that the alliances of Anglo-Saxon neoliberalism or the countries favorable to the austerity of the Troika were always easier. Has the response to the Covid crisis managed to change this situation? Will we be able to build strong alliances of countries and municipalities that defend social and climate justice?

Los países y ciudades del sur de Europa compartimos una cultura e historia comunes y muchas veces vivimos situaciones políticas parecidas. No obstante, durante años ha parecido que siempre eran más fáciles las alianzas del neoliberalismo anglosajón o de los países favorables al austericismo de la Troika. La respuesta a la crisis del Covid ha conseguido dar la vuelta a esta situación? Seremos capaces de construir alianzas fuertes de países y municipios que defiendan la justicia social y climática?

Els països i ciutats del sud d'Europa compartim una cultura i història comunes i moltes vegades vivim situacions polítiques semblants. No obstant, durant anys ha semblat que sempre eren més fàcils les aliances del neoliberalisme anglosaxó o dels països favorables a l'austericisme de la Troika. La resposta a la crisi de la Covid ha aconseguit donar la volta a aquesta situació? Serem capaços de construir aliances fortes de països i municipis que defensin la justícia social i climàtica?
