In this episode we visit with the team of researchers at Oklahoma State University involved in the Prairie Project (a research, teaching and extension collaboration between Oklahoma State, Texas A&M and the University of Nebraska) about their work on grazing cattle and goats in a multi-species system, combined with patch burning, to help control woody invasive plants while increasing productivity and building extreme weather resilience.
