Police in Farmington released the bodycam video of the traffic stop that led to the shooting and killing of a young man. That young man refused to answer questions from the police. He was a believer in the ideology sometimes known as sovereign citizen. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests about this on A Woman's View.
