Hello everyone! In this video, we are going to talk about the space missions in Mars.

Generally most people know about Mars. It is a fourth planet in the solar system. Till now only two countries in the world have sent their space missions to Mars to research the resources in Mars. They are America and Russia (USSR). America have launched space missions to Mars 8 times. In 1976 America conducted two missions namely 'Viking 1' and 'Viking 2'. These are only landers which cannot move in mars. Following that, in 1979, 'Path Finder' mission was conducted. In 2004,two mars space missions namely 'Spirit and Oppurtunity' have been conducted by the U.S in the same year. These two missions became 200% successful. Then in 2008, 'Phoenix' and in 2012 'curiousity' missions were conducted by them respectively. Recently U.S conducted a mars space mission named 'Insight' in 2018. In the case of USSR, they conducted only two mars space missions in 1971 and 1973.

We also see about the timeline of lauching of space missions to mars. In 1965 'Mariner 4' and in 1969 'Marine 6 and Marine 7' were launched to take photos respectively. In 1971 'Mariner 9' was launched which surrounds the Mars orbit like a satellite. Then USSR launced 'Mars 3' lander but was failed before 20 seconds from landing (like Chandraayan 2). Nowadays, it takes from 6 to 9 months for a space mission to land in Mars. But in 1970s, it takes nearly more than a year. In 1977, First Rover was launched. In 1997, 'Pak 5' rover was launched by USA. From 2005 to 2017, a minimum of one mars space mission launches were happened each year. IN 2018 five launches were done. In July 2020 a mars space mission will be launched from earth and it will land Mars in 8th FEBRUARY 2020.
