The four friends, Leo, Ava, Mia, and Jax, discover the Memory Orb exhibit on space station Harmony is open on a Sunday, and they notice something strange about the orbs. As they try to understand the orbs, they hear a faint voice from a person trapped in one of the orbs, asking for help, but the orbs suddenly malfunction and the friends must make a difficult choice to destroy them or save them, ultimately leading to the orbs disappearing and the friends losing their memories.
