The National Labor Relations Board has accused Elon Musk’s SpaceX with illegally firing 8 employees for engaging in legally protected workplace actions. SpaceX has responded by attacking not the government’s claim, but the horse it rode in on. KCSB's Ray Briare explains how it came to this.
