He has a Bachelor's degree in Math, a Masters in Math , and another Masters in Curriculum and Instruction all from the University of New Orleans. Mark was born in New Orleans and has lived in Metairie for 55 years. Mark enjoys service to others as well as movies, live music, watches, and pickleball. He is currently living in Old Metairie with his wife Cherie, who is a theater teacher.
