Chef Paul Petruzzi, his daughter Mia and Chef Matthew of Spanish Oaks all join the Austin All Day podcast.  Spanish Oaks is a private golf club located in Bee Cave, Texas.  Chef Paul has over 30 years of experience and he brings a lot of wisdom to the table.  Chef Matthew gets into some details of cooking and  playing in his band the Mississippi Bus-Stop.  Mia has a chance to get into what it’s like working with her father but also growing up with a Chef for a dad.  This was a great conversation and we look forward to getting these guys back in the studio soon.  Enjoy!
