In the episode, "Spare The Rod, Spoil The Child", CJ and Tez give emotional stories about disciplining their children for the first times and how it effected them as men. We also wanted to let men know that you need to be the first example of discipline in you child's life. Men, sometimes we don't understand how important our jobs are and we live in a world that tells you that women can do your job as well or better than you, THAT IS FALSE. It's ok to be the bad guy sometimes, learn to embrace the role and understand when to turn it on and off and you children will recognize it and love you for it. Spare the rod, Spoil the child. There is a reason why that's in the good book, think about it.
