Angelica explains Osmo's CREEK and SLANT behaviour systems, the mobile phone ban, the uniform and jewellery rules, and shares a statistic on lesson time lost to poor behaviour. Logan compares notes from his own time at Osmo, and Angelica looks ahead to GCSE options and a future in Broadway or film. Stick around to the end for a surprise from Angelica!

In this episode, we welcome Angelica into the studio and on the Spark Voices podcast as she joins our weekly podcast club.
This week, we are following on from the social media ban discussion and leading into safety offline. We talk about outdoor spaces, using our senses, means of communication, protection, digital evidence and parents and adults.
In this very first episode of Spark Voices, Logan is in the studio weighing up the pros and cons of the news about the social media ban for under 16s coming into effect in Spring 2027. He shares his personal insight and social media use and how this will affect him personally. He also discusses the benefits of having no social media, the darker side and mental health effects. This is certainly a tough subject to tackle, but in exploring the different points of view, Logan is able to come to a decision on whether he thinks it will have a positive or negative effect for him and his peers long term. This is also Logan’s very first solo recording in the Spark to Your Success studio and showcases his skills and confidence as a presenter!
