In this episode the wildrunners are joined by Jay as the 3 of us review the latest Spartan Race trifecta weekend in the midlands. Colin chats about his 1st Spartan race competing age group, Dan took on the Beast, Super and Sprint and had an impressive result in his Beast race, Jay also did all 3 races and had a very impressive weekend too. Listen in to hear how we all got on including which Wildrunner crossed the line first on the Super where all 3 of us were competing against each other. We also chat about how we feel this years spartan series has gone and what we feel they could do to improve it for 2023. This episode is also full of the usual banter from us all.
