This week Wildrunners Colin and Dan are joined by Jay Ladbrooke and Mandy How as we chat about the recent Spartan Race Wales trifecta weekend. Dan chats about his experience taking part in his first ever competitive age group races where he ran the Beast, Super and Sprint. He had the goal of qualifying for the Spartan European championships which meant he needed a top 10 finish listen in to see how he got on. Jay took on the brutal Spartan Ultra and Sprint, check out his review of his epic weekend and Mandy took on her first competitive age group races and first attempt of running a trifecta in one weekend.
