While Psalm 106 speaks specifically of Israel's sin and unfaithfulness, it also reminds us that we are all in need of God's mercy in Christ.

All of us would be wise to pray the "Jesus Prayer," "Lord, Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner!"
