Poetry weaves into and through every aspect of my life! I write, to make sense of the world for myself. I seek to use words for the things that I feel! One of the lines of my poems — ‘I don’t care about poetry but I can’t live without all it gives me!’

In February I was honoured to share a set of Poetry at Soeak Hear! I recorded the set, and this is IT!

There is, always with me, much I can improve as I listen in again, but I’m learning to lean in and celebrate that I did the thing! And that deserves my own celebration!

Connie invited me to bring and share some of my art, and I spend a little time pointing out where it was around the room! (Poetry and art are closely related/overlap for me)

I invited the poetry of human breath and of connection and that too is included in this recording…because, it’s authentic and vulnerable and edgy!

I finish this set with some light language! These energetic expressions come out of me more and more!
