If you were eavesdropping on my conversations with myself, you might be appalled at the level of cruelty present in my words to myself. Are you a negative self-talker, too? Listen in to the revelation I had about dealing gently with myself and why it's important for us to overcome the limiting beliefs and condemnation we sow into ourselves and others. Jesus is gentle; and wisdom from above is gentle. Ask yourself the "magic question" to deal with yourself more gently.
