In the Bible, there’s an intriguing passage in Ezekiel 37 where we speak for God’s will to be fulfilled. In verse 4, he instructs me to prophesy to these dry bones and tell them, “Hear the word of the Lord! This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will give you breath, and you will come to life.”

If I need help, I speak healthy words to my bones. If I need enthusiasm, happiness, I speak scriptures of love to myself. If I need wisdom and resources, I speak those to my bones or to my loved ones.

Heavenly Father, we prophesy to our family members. May they come alive, be blessed in the name of the Lord, be sanctified, and be made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. May they be made the wisdom of God in Christ Jesus, and be made the redeem of the Lord. Amen.
