Make it clear about what you support and what you will no longer tolerate.

Create a safe space for other people to use their voice too, in using yours you will inspire others to do the same.

Always ensuring that you give as much value to listening.

You can heal yourself and others through conscious communication.

This isn’t a time to step back, to hide or quieten your voice.

This is a time that needs people to step forward and share their voice, their power and their truth from their heart.

In this very moment, just pause and take a breath, as you tap into the full power of your voice.
