SPEAK YOUR TRUTH.

Literally, I mean SPEAK it. Don’t write it. Speak it.

I’m okay with writing. But for me it became a crutch and an excuse to not show up and lead my conversation in the world.

I had a bunch of "reasons" to avoid video and speaking my truth. As a chameleon for much of my life I thrived on fitting in not speaking up.

Part of that was because I had a hard time finding my words when others asked me questions. So I retreated to writing where I could explore my feelings and compose my thoughts in private.

This wasn’t bad. This was helpful and healing for me. AND...

It robbed me of my Voice in the world.
