“Speak your mind and the rest will follow” I truly believe that speaking your truth will change your life, relationships, and parenting for the better.
Today, I am talking about the importance of speaking your truth. Have you been silenced by others throughout your life and are afraid to share your opinions? Too many times we silence ourselves when there is conflict in our lives and relationships, creating suffering, when really these moments of conflict are the most pivotal moments of change. If you’re willing to have tough conversations, you will learn that there is a way to navigate them with transparency, and honesty in a way that is still kind. Agreeing to disagree can bring amazing life lessons, open your eyes to new perspectives, and even strengthen your connections with others.
Tune in and listen to episode 19 of Cope & Land to learn why I believe it is important to speak your truth, about the period in my life where I silenced myself, why it’s important for me to speak my truth as a mother, what tends to happen if we don’t speak up, and why you should begin to speak your truth today. I encourage you to live every day with no shame around being wrong or in disagreement because life is too short to be silenced!
