The National Film Board of Canada (nfb.ca) has a new documentary revealing what happened to an Indo-Canadian family when a sexual predator preyed on the lives of three young girls. The abuse was kept a secret for decades but finally, the sisters had to speak up and their story is outlined in the new movie, "Because We Are Girls." Screenings are set for later this Fall in Edmonton, but the film will be part of the Marda Loop Justice Film Festival, Saturday, November 16 at 4:15 PM, at River Park Church Auditorium.
