This weeks episode we are joined by Sam Hernandez from Elijah Rising.  Elijah rising is a Houston based nonprofit organization ending sex trafficking through prayer, awareness, intervention and restoration.  In  part 1 of this weeks episode  we learn who Sam is and how she got involved with Elijah Rising as well as how she is following her purpose. What awareness van tours are, why sharing and posting about the organization truly helps expand their internet reach for awareness. We talk all the misconceptions of how girls and women get involved in trafficking, grooming and the manipulation that is involved. We also dive into what brothels and cantinas are and what we can do to help and advocate.
