Speaking up and Speaking Out

In this episode, I talk about speaking up, and why it is so important. It is important for everyday communication, having difficult conversations and making sure your voice is heard when it comes to things you feel strongly about. Words are powerful and using them in a constructive way can create movement and change. Learning to use our voices and speak out about things that we are passionate about can create a ripple effect in others to do the same. Words carry vibrations and how we send them out can make a massive difference on the way people feel. Talking about how we are feeling can curb anxiety and release negative energy. Remember, if you see something, say something. Trust your gut. You never know who you may be helping.
