On today's episode of the Salty Hunter Podcast, we are joined by Gary’s old friend Will Romanik. Will and I served in the army together but lost touch for a couple of years after I moved back to Alaska, so this episode is a reunion of sorts.

Will has led an extremely interesting life since he separated from the military. Everything from commercial diving to treasure salvaging, contracting in Afghanistan, and running his own spearfishing outfit in Florida. We talk about all those things and then have an honest discussion about his first big game hunt in New Mexico. We then talk about (and make fun of) Gary’s back-cast while learning to flyfish.
