Today's episode featuring Special Agent Gluba provides an insider's perspective into change in the agency from 1966 until his retirement in the early 1990's.  Blair was the type of agent who was ready to serve in any position.  He found himself viewing historical changes within NIS/NCIS at critical moments in time.     Special Agent Gluba gives insight into the change from ONI to NIS and then the split of the agency sending approximately half of the agents to another service (DIS).  Blair was one of the first special agents to receive his master's degree in Forensics from the George Washington University.
