Cathy Clements had a legendary career with NIS/NCIS.  She was at the cutting edge of change within the organization from Arson investigations, Death Investigations, the Cold Case Squad, and investigating terrorism targeting the US Navy.  Her story is very personal as she is the daughter of the first NIS Special Agent to lose his life in the line of duty.
