Today's episode is a very special birthday episode! I turned 38 years old last Sunday and this is one of the most uplifting times of my life so it was so important for me to reflect on this last year with you. 6 has always been my favorite number and my birthday falls on October 6th so I wanted to share my 6th major lessons that I've learned this episode and how I use them in my life.
