Kim Lotts is a 4X Author, business coach and owner of Lotts of Learning Academy LLC  daycare facility. After 10 years in business, an advocate of entrepreneurship, Kim started Lotts of Motivation to coach and support other women on their journey to building Multi-Million Dollar daycare businesses.  As a business strategist, she guides women in business or those who desire to become entrepreneurs by providing tools and creating a structured business model so they will be successful in both their personal life and professional careers. 
 
As a single mother of two amazing sons, Da’ Wayne 23 and Denim 15, she dedicated her life to not only her children, but families in her community.  Both passions led to her creating a daycare and a commitment to helping other women and youth in her community. Now they too can be successful.  Along with her amazing staff, Kim enriches the lives of children by equipping them with the skills they need before they advance to primary education. 
 
Kim grew up in Missouri City, Texas and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.  She has published four (4) books; “From Fear to Faith” documenting her journey to entrepreneurship, " How To Turn Your Paycheck Or Unemployment Check Into A Profitable Home Daycare With Little To No Money" and two co-author projects; “The Footprint of Success” and “Visionistas” to inspire others to follow there passion.  She also enjoys spending time with her family and serving the community they live in.  She believes in working hard and operating in the gifts God has given her.  Her mission in life is “to walk by faith and help others do the same!”
