Tom is currently Senior Advisor at McKinsey and Company, and previously the Chief Procurement & Supply Chain Officer at Flex. 

Our host and creator, Helen Wang, is the NGO Founder and President of Oceanside Perspective, previous Chair of ISEI, a professor teaching Emotional Intelligence and Innovation to Market at UC San Diego, a supply chain researcher, architect, and veteran of Silicon Valley’s high tech industry.
