This week I come to you Shine fam with a slightly different type of episode - today's episode I am taking you through an EFT tapping for Confidence to help you all start truly releasing all that is holding you back and step fully into all that you already have inside of you. Tapping has been something I have implemented into my growth and healing journey and it has helped me release trauma and limiting beliefs, and step into a more powerful version of myself.

EFT tapping stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, it uses the same science and philosophy as things like acupuncture, to help balance your energy and implant new and empowering beliefs into your body. 

Fun fact: 5% of your thoughts are conscious and the other 95% is in your subconscious mind. HOWEVER, your subconscious mind is your body and all your trauma and subconscious thoughts are stored in your body. That is why tapping into your energy spots is such a powerful way to release all the trauma and subconscious patterns and thoughts rooted deep within you.
