Join us for this special episode for the festival of Imbolc, Oimelc or Candlemas - our gift to you as we enter the transition from winter to spring.

After some reflection on the time of year, we invite you to relax with some poetry and a path working meditation in which the Imbolc goddess takes you on a journey through the forest to her healing well and her fire of inspiration .   Lastly we share a healing candle meditation to embrace the awakening flame and the blessings it imparts.
