Many of our LGBT+ brothers and sisters are feeling offended and hurt by the Vatican's announcement prohibiting the blessing of same sex unions.  I want to express my solidarity and empathy.  I trust and hope that the Spirit will in time lead our church to a more embracive, enlightened place on this issue.
