Kinsey Ringenberg is a Treasured Podcast listener and a PA in the Denver area. This is a perfect episode for this month as we focus on "body" and how we can help our girls navigate a tough topic. She helps us talk about BMI, obesity and how to address these sensitive topics with our families.  

Kinsey loves Jesus, her husband, her 3 children, family, friends, medicine, the outdoors, reading, Bible study, listening to podcasts, Maui, discovering healthy new recipes, teaching, and drinking too much coffee.  After going through several orthopedic surgeries and battling anorexia as a teenager, she knew she wanted a career in medicine with a specific focus on helping children, adolescents, and their families to live their healthiest life.  Kinsey holds a BA in Human Development & Family Studies from Colorado State University and a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Colorado, and has worked as a Physician Assistant at the same pediatric clinic since graduating 11 years ago.  She is passionate about continuing to learn ways to be the best version of the woman God created her to be in both her professional and personal life.
