Meet Sawsan Rizeq, CTEDU graduate and Supervisor of Retention & Academic Life Coach at the Milwaukee Area Technical College! Sawsan plays a major role in the implementation and success of her school’s coaching program, and you’ll hear in this interview about her own journey to coaching and how Academic Life Coaching has made a big impact.
Sawsay says, "I absolutely love being part of a student's journey as they navigate what it means to be a college student. I am also a mother of 3 and often have to balance between coaching and parenting my own kids. I learn a lot from the people that I coach as well. So many teachable moments that have allowed me to expand my coaching abilities as I provide a space for others to learn about themselves."
